Brake cylinders, 
Metal brake pipes/lines, 
Sheet Metal pressed and deep drawing components like Washers- ferrous n non ferrous metal, Circlips, Clamps etc.,
Tubular accessories & components, 
Turned / Machined parts -like Brake Pistons, Hydraulic fittings Banjo Fittings, Banjo Bolts, Bleeder screws, push rods, brass insert etc.
Forged parts like fasteners, forged banjo bolts, brake locking pin etc) 
Rubber Components: Rubber seal, boot covers, O Rings, Oil Seals, mountings etc. 

We have sophisticated lab. for testing our brake hose & brake cylinder assembles as prescribed by international standards. We are exporting above mentioned products to countries like USA, Sweden, Spain, and Russia (OEM). 

We have inhouse manufacturing facilities for rubber components. We have Dispergan Needer, Mixing Mill, compression molding machines alongwith tool room .

We have cold header machines for manufacturing bolts, screws, nuts, etc. as per customer drawings or samples and specifications. Making complicated cold forged components involving processing at multiple stations of cold header m/cs is our forte. 

We have precision machine shop for undertaking machining of precision components requiring operations like turning, milling, grinding, drilling, boring etc. We also have CNC turning centers apart from conventional machines. 

We have in house hot chamber as well as cold chamber m/cs for pressure die casting of miscellaneous components in different materials like zamac 2, zamac 5, LM2 etc. 

All the above manufacturing activities are supported by tin house tool room having machines like EDM, Wire cut apart from other conventional machines.
